Fr John Therry Catholic Primary School – Balmain

To aid in Fr John Therry Catholic Primary School’s ‘Buddy Program’, Felton Industries was more than happy to manufacture and supply our Iconic Buddy Bench with heat-baked inscription (rather than just a sticker).

Interestingly, Felton is the original manufacturer of the Buddy Bench in Australia. We help schools across the country to promote anti-bullying campaigns and programs, and friendship.

While the most popular design is the pictured free standing version, there are also other leg supports available to allow you to bolt-down the bench to hard surfaces such as concrete, and an in-ground option that can be cemented into a dirt/grass area or under asphalt.

As a special note, this particular Buddy Bench was purchased after direction was provided by the school’s P&F Committee, and the school staff loved it so much that here we see Principal Marco Ianni posing with a fellow colleague!

In actual fact, the P&F initially googled Buddy Benches and found a couple cheaper knock-offs, but none matched the size, quality or longevity of the original design.
